The company has arranged large commercial mortgages, sales of real estate and corporate transactions on a national basis, including a recent loan of $238 million on a portfolio of apartments. Transactions include Apartment, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Hotels, Industrial Parks, Mobile Home Parks, Venture Capital, and Asset Based Financing.

In addition the company develops and invests in real estate and corporate opportunities in Connecticut and out of state for it's own account.
